Tribute is a unique dining experience positioned on the Halifax waterfront, where food is more than just a meal – it’s an event. Chef Colin Bebbington, who sharpened his skills at top kitchens around the world (including training in Bologna in traditional pasta-making techniques), returned to Nova Scotia with a menu that reflects both his roots and his global influences.


The heart of Tribute is live-fire and charcoal cookery: a custom grill, open-kitchen layout, smoky aromas, flames visible, and flavors intense. Each dish is crafted using seasonal local ingredients, changing regularly to match what Nova Scotia has to offer.Guests can enjoy à la carte dishes as well as chef’s tasting options, with nimble wine and cocktail pairings that complement the fire-kissed fare. The vibe is elevated but approachable – warm East Coast hospitality meets culinary craftsmanship.


Open for dinner from Wednesday through Sunday – starting at 5 pm.
